Gear.com wanted to expand the company information on its site from a single page to an entire "About Us" section.
In addition to press releases and management bios, the final version of Gear's About Us section featured action shots of employees, customer raves and seasonal contests.
This functional prototype was highly praised by Gear.com's management team, but represented too significant a departure from the main site's look.
